DESIGN
Conceptual Design and Development
At American Christmas, there is no limit to creativity—if you can imagine it, we can design it. Whether you come to us with a clear concept or give us the freedom to lead the way, our experienced in-house design team will bring your holiday vision to life, tailored to your needs. With unmatched expertise, we know the art behind creating a truly magical holiday display. From selecting the perfect number of ornaments for your tree to designing show-stopping motifs, and choosing the ideal color palettes, our team understands the nuances of holiday décor like no other. PROPOSE
Detailed Proposal and Presentation
Once the initial design process is completed, we will present a comprehensive and itemized proposal along with presentation materials to illustrate everything that is required to make your holiday program a reality. We see ourselves as your partner, working collaboratively to ensure that every detail aligns with your expectations. Together, we'll create a stunning display that not only meets your desired results but is wrapped in our signature product: holiday cheer!
MANUFACTURE
PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
Upon approval, we begin the manufacturing and assembly process of your project. All our décor programs are crafted in our Mount Vernon workshop or by one of our global manufacturing facilities. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality control, both domestically and internationally, ensuring that our high-grade materials consistently exceed industry standards. With American Christmas, you can be confident that your holiday program is carried out with precision and care.
INSTALLATION
IMPLEMENTATION AND REMOVAL
When it’s time to arrange and coordinate the distribution of your holiday program, rest assured that we manage every detail. Our process begins with delivering your customized décor to the installation site, all with an eye toward ease and efficiency.
Our knowledgeable crew arrives with all the necessary tools and equipment needed to install your program while treating your space with great care and professionalism. The transformation is complete once our supervisor and crew confirm that every detail has been installed flawlessly.
Should any maintenance issues arise, if applicable, we address them promptly. At the end of the season, our crew will remove your décor seamlessly with our trademark attention to detail.
STORE
Storage and refurbishment
When the season is over, we can store and refurbish your holiday program at our 110,000-square-foot headquarters in Mount Vernon, New York, and our newly expanded 130,000-square-foot facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
Thanks to the exacting standards we’ve developed and refined since our founding in 1968, we ensure that multi-year programs and refurbishments maintain the same level of quality and care used to produce the original project, year after year.
