Corporate Christmas Decorations: 11 Inspiring Ideas

Every December, cities transform. Glass towers glow warm against the winter sky, lobbies shimmer with sculptural trees, and public plazas erupt into joyful color. But behind these glittering scenes is a dedicated team whose holiday artistry has become iconic.

For more than 50 years, we, American Christmas, have elevated corporate Christmas decorations, turning offices, skyscrapers, plazas, and holiday events into unforgettable experiences. From elegant lobby installations to bold public spectacles seen by millions, our work defines the gold standard in corporate holiday party decorations, office Christmas decorations, and large-scale business decorations.

Today, companies understand that decorating for the holidays isn’t just a tradition, it’s a brand moment. Exceptional corporate Christmas design and décor can transform a workplace into a jovial holiday destination.

Here is a look at some of our standout installations, demonstrating the art, craft, and imagination behind the world of corporate Christmas decorating.

Rockefeller Group – 1271 Avenue of the Americas

Every December, cities transform. Glass towers glow warm against the winter sky, lobbies shimmer with sculptural trees, and public plazas erupt into joyful color. But behind these glittering scenes is a dedicated team whose holiday artistry has become iconic.

Outside the glass façade of 1271 Avenue of the Americas, we introduced a delightful burst of whimsy to Midtown Manhattan – Rockefeller Group. Eleven enormous red-and-white striped candy canes, each rising 15 feet into the air, sweep upward in playful arcs. Each swirly candy cane is carefully arranged to create a festive scene that celebrates the magic of the holiday season. The display is installed on heavy steel platforms to ensure stability.

This larger-than-life installation brings a sweet, nostalgic energy to one of the city’s most polished corporate addresses. This year, the candy canes are upgraded to snow-kissed candy canes sitting on a fenced-in snow mound across from Radio City Music Hall.

It’s the perfect example of how corporate Christmas decorations can be bold, imaginative, and completely unforgettable — drawing in office workers, tourists, and passersby with its oversized charm.

RXR Realty – UBS Building
Fiberglass statues - Nutcrackers in row.

At the UBS Building, holiday grandeur takes the form of towering nutcracker soldiers more than double human height that stand guard along every column. These noble figures create a regal procession into the lobby, where a lavish Christmas tree shimmers with golden ornaments and rich garlands.

This installation shows how business decorations for Christmas can make a striking first impression. The scene feels ceremonial, formal, and festive, creating a perfect blend of corporate polish and holiday warmth.

Sage Realty – 767 Fifth Avenue

Corporate christmas deocorations - wreath, christmas tree

At 767 Fifth Avenue, Sage Realty’s massive snowflake lights hang in alternating levels like glowing chandeliers at the entrance, giving a bright and magical welcome to employees and passersby. The elegant and modern holiday statement continues inside the building with trees and wreaths completely covered in mirrored silver ornaments, creating a look that feels both classic and contemporary.

This display embodies the elevated style many companies seek from a professional Christmas decorating business: décor that complements architecture and elevates the building experience.

MetLife Building – 200 Park Avenue

Few corporate addresses are as instantly recognizable as the MetLife Building, positioned like a gateway at the top of Park Avenue. For the holidays, its iconic presence was enhanced with an equally impressive grand Christmas tree and wreath.

Layered with gold and silver ornaments, the oversized design creates a glowing welcome to one of Manhattan’s busiest commuter corridors.

Vornado Realty Trust

At 731 Lexington Avenue, we created one of our signature corporate Christmas décor installations inside the glass Beacon Court Atrium. The centerpiece is the soaring Bloomberg Tree, crowned with cascading star motifs and surrounded by smaller illuminated trees. Cool winter tones, sparkling white lights, and elegant ornaments reflect beautifully off the curved glass façade, transforming the atrium into a modern, sophisticated holiday display.

CommonWealth Partners – 787 Seventh Avenue

A spectacular Christmas tree, covered entirely in radiant gold ornaments and crowned with a brilliant starburst topper, anchors the lobby with jaw-dropping scale.

Above, massive golden pinecones hang from the ceiling like sculptural jewels. Thick red and gold ribbons sweep down the atrium, leading to a second ribbon-wrapped tree surrounded by overflowing presents.

This is luxury corporate Christmas design and décor at its finest — immersive, sumptuous, and theatrical.

Boston Properties – GM Building
Corporate Christmas decorations - Large Christmas Wreath with bow.

For the sleek and modern lobby at Boston Properties, the decorations needed to stand out without clashing with the space. To make the greatest impact, a grand, colorful wreath contrasts beautifully to the all-white interior. In the area with black accents, a contemporary dark square wreath illuminated with white lights complements the existing space seamlessly.

The impact of these installations highlight what Christmas décor can achieve when style, brand identity, and architectural context all align.

Fox Square – Fox News
Outdoor tower Christmas tree adorned with gold, red and white ornaments.

At Fox Square, the holidays shine in a red, gold, and white palette — a timeless Christmas color scheme. The centerpiece is a towering 50-foot Christmas tree adorned with shimmering baubles, and at the very top sits a graceful dove tree topper. Lush wreaths, glowing garlands, and vibrant poinsettias complete the warm festive atmosphere.

Fox Square’s holiday debut drew more than 20,000 visitors for its lighting event. Today, it stands as a shining example of how business decorations for Christmas can become community experiences.

CBRE Group Inc – 280 Park Avenue

At 280 Park Avenue, a grand glowing Christmas tree draws attention to the building’s clean exterior. Inside, metallic and white starbursts take over the building entrance, inviting employees and visitors into an exciting and dynamic winter wonderland.

Here, corporate Christmas decorations are designed as a refined, atmospheric complement to a prestigious commercial address.

Paramount Group – 1301 Avenue of the Americas
Paramount Christmas decorations.

Holiday artistry meets fine art at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, where our installation had to complement — and not compete with — the iconic Jim Dine sculptures displayed outside the property.

We created custom greenery in the client’s signature navy, seamlessly connecting the building’s interior and exterior. With two 14-foot trees, four 6-foot wreaths, two 12-foot fountain trees, over 500 feet of garland, and more than 252,000 lights, the display glows with impressive impact.

1221 Avenue of the Americas

1221 Avenue of the Americas transforms into a holiday destination each season. Visitors flock to its festive displays, especially the sunken courtyard off 6th Avenue. For this iconic setting, we create décor that welcomes guests and sparks unforgettable moments. The centerpiece—a 36-foot walk-through Christmas tree with 49,000 LED lights—offers the perfect photo op and a dose of pure holiday magic. Behind the scenes, this twinkling spectacular takes more than 500 hours to bring to life.
